Order Confirmation Information
Service preview: purchases, eSIM delivery and electronic support are not enabled. Service terms describe the intended offering and will be reviewed before commercial launch. No regulatory authorisation or VAT status is asserted.
What a confirmation will contain
After a real order, a confirmation should be supplied in a durable form you can keep. It should include your order number and date, selected plan, destination, data allowance, voice/SMS status, validity and trigger, total paid, and applicable plan restrictions.
Installation and documents
The confirmation should provide secure eSIM installation instructions and the contract documents that applied to the order: Terms, Refund Policy, Model Withdrawal Form, Privacy Policy and a plan-specific Contract Summary where required. Activation credentials should remain private.
Consent record
Terms acceptance and any immediate-supply request should be recorded with the applicable wording version and timestamp; marketing is a separate optional choice.
