1. What this Policy covers

This Cookie Policy explains how BELL UGT LTD, trading as Utelenet, uses cookies, local storage, pixels, SDKs and similar technologies on https://utelesim.com.

2. Strictly necessary technologies

Some technologies are required to provide functions you request, such as:

  • keeping the website and checkout secure;
  • maintaining a shopping basket or session;
  • remembering privacy/consent choices;
  • preventing fraud and abuse;
  • enabling authentication or account security;
  • routing traffic and maintaining service availability;
  • completing payment flows where a payment provider requires essential technical storage.

Where permitted by law, strictly necessary technologies do not require consent because the requested service cannot reasonably function without them.

3. Analytics

Analytics technologies help us understand how the website is used, identify errors and improve navigation or conversion flows. Where consent is required, analytics are off by default and are activated only after you choose to accept them.

4. Marketing and advertising

Marketing technologies may be used to measure campaigns, build audiences or personalise advertising. They are off by default and are used only where the required consent has been obtained.

5. Functional non-essential technologies

Optional functionality, such as embedded media, preference tools or third-party widgets, may place storage that is not strictly necessary. Where required, these technologies are disabled until you consent to the relevant category.

6. Your choices

On your first visit, the consent banner should offer equally understandable choices to:

  • Accept all non-essential technologies;
  • Reject non-essential technologies;
  • Manage preferences by category.

Rejecting non-essential technologies must not prevent access to the basic eSIM store and checkout, except where an optional feature genuinely depends on the technology.

You can change or withdraw consent at any time through the "Cookie settings" link in the website footer. Withdrawal should be as easy as giving consent.

7. No pre-ticked consent

Consent to analytics, marketing or other non-essential categories is not collected through pre-ticked boxes, inactivity, scrolling or continued browsing alone.

8. Third parties

Some technologies may be provided by payment, security, analytics, advertising or other service providers. The live cookie inventory should identify the provider, purpose, category and duration where required.

9. Current storage inventory

The current site has no analytics, advertising, payment or third-party tracking integrations. Inspection of the current release found the following first-party browser storage on utelesim.com:

  • utelesim.locale — localStorage and a sessionStorage fallback; remembers your chosen region and language. This is a requested site preference. Local storage remains until you clear it; session storage ends with the browser tab/session.
  • utelesim.consent — localStorage and a sessionStorage fallback; stores the consent version, timestamp and analytics/marketing choices. This is necessary to remember and apply your privacy choice. The application expires the record after 180 days and asks again.
  • Cart and demonstration forms — held in page memory only; no persistent storage and no submission to a backend.

No application cookies are currently set. Hosting access logs are not browser cookies. Accepting analytics or marketing does not install a tracker in the current release. Preferences can be changed from Cookie settings in the footer. Clearing browser storage removes the saved choices.

This inventory must be reviewed after any new integration; future providers and storage will be disclosed before they are enabled.

10. Contact

Questions about cookies or privacy can be sent to our contact details. See also our Privacy Policy.
