1. Purpose

This Policy protects customers, networks and the Utelenet service from unlawful, abusive or technically harmful use. It applies to all eSIM products supplied by BELL UGT LTD unless a plan or separate B2B agreement states otherwise.

2. Lawful use only

You may not use the service for activity that is unlawful in the place where the service is used or under laws applicable to you or to us.

3. Prohibited conduct

You must not use the service to:

  • commit or facilitate fraud, identity theft or payment abuse;
  • send unlawful spam or abusive bulk communications where messaging is supported;
  • interfere with, probe, attack or impair telecommunications networks or systems;
  • distribute malware, operate botnets or conduct denial-of-service attacks;
  • bypass security, billing, throttling, geographic or technical restrictions;
  • manipulate network identifiers or credentials without authorisation;
  • share, sell or commercially resell an eSIM/profile unless we have expressly agreed to B2B/reseller use;
  • use stolen or unauthorised payment methods;
  • use the service in breach of sanctions, export restrictions or binding orders of a competent authority.

4. Fair use and unlimited plans

A plan described as "unlimited" may still be subject to a disclosed fair-use, speed-management or network-management rule. Any material threshold, throttling rule or usage condition that affects the purchased plan should be displayed before checkout.

We will not rely on undisclosed restrictions to materially reduce a consumer service contrary to the contract or mandatory law.

5. Permanent roaming

Travel eSIM products are intended for the destinations and roaming use stated in the plan. Permanent or continuous roaming may be prohibited or restricted by the plan or network arrangements. If prolonged use triggers a lawful network restriction, we may take reasonable steps including contacting you, limiting service or requiring migration to a more appropriate product.

6. Network protection

We may take proportionate action to protect network integrity, security and other users where traffic patterns create a genuine technical or security risk. Measures should be limited to what is reasonably necessary and remain subject to applicable net-neutrality and consumer rules.

7. Suspension

Where reasonably necessary, we may temporarily suspend or restrict an eSIM for suspected serious abuse, fraud, security risk or legal/regulatory requirements. Where legally permitted and appropriate, we will notify you and provide a route to contact support.

8. Contact and appeal

If you believe a restriction was applied incorrectly, contact our contact details with your order number and relevant details. We will review the case and restore service where the reason for restriction no longer applies.
