How to activate

Step 1: Buy a pack
The QR code and instructions arrive by email right after payment.
Step 2: Add the eSIM
Settings → Mobile data → Add eSIM, scan the code. Best done over Wi-Fi before the trip.
Step 3: Turn on data roaming
For the new eSIM only; keep the home SIM for calls and SMS.
Step 4: Connect on arrival
The pack starts in the first network abroad; the term counts from that moment.

Review your current data usage to create a personal estimate, and keep some room for changes to the itinerary. Download useful maps, tickets and translation resources where the relevant app supports offline use. If you want to connect a laptop, check the package's hotspot rules and any speed limits before making that part of your travel plan.
Install with the package's timing in mind
Verify that your exact phone model supports eSIM and can use the chosen provider. Save installation details before leaving home, and read when the validity period starts. A profile installed early may not have the same start rule as another provider's product. Once it is time to use the service, select the travel line for mobile data and apply the provider's roaming instructions. Keep a copy of the instructions offline, and review the settings for your regular line separately if it will remain active.
Make station and hotel information easy to find
Keep the accommodation address as supplied by the property, alongside any translation you need. Save the station name, booking reference and meeting point before starting a transfer.
