How it works
Step 1: Buy the pack in advance
It sits on your number and waits for the first network abroad.
Step 2: Turn on data roaming
In your phone settings, for our SIM or eSIM.
Step 3: Use it
The balance and expiry are visible in your account. When the pack runs out, data stops rather than going negative.
What to do if data doesn't work
In the cellular settings enable “Data roaming” for our SIM. On iPhone that is Settings → Cellular → your number.
Turn off automatic carrier selection and choose any from the list. Sometimes the phone clings to a network without a roaming agreement.
Or toggle airplane mode. The phone re-registers on the network.
We reply in chat within three minutes, around the clock. The pack does not expire: the period starts only on first connection.
